pontdugar....Responding to your comment & in agreement. Im quite amazed that these expensive breaches havent done more for Wave & that companies involved make it look like hacking is not avoidable. Just from memory, I cite some followup from the Heartland Systems breach, the biggest ever, & the only one where I have seen angry shareholders file CA suits because of the SP drop & they accused HPY of not having state of the art security...(DUH). As you remember, the SP dropped immed from approx 30 to approx 7. I see from time to time that they have settled some suits in addition to the damage control costs but I dont know how it will all end up. They are still at a much lower SP than pre-breach & if they installed hardware security/TPMs, I havent seen that either. Confounding to me....I thought this one would launch TC bigtime.
In Aug, this year, they even had a second (smaller) breach...wish I had that kind of nerves.
