Denunzio36. I think there is a little misconception here. Dean does not have actual orders of the DViS, he mentioned that in previous CC and you can verify that information.

His words were that they have about 1000 interested parties that they can contact to try and sell once the approval is issued.

There is a huge difference between the two. At the trade shows they have the booth and a little bowl that they collect business cards of professionals that stopped by the booth. Over the past few years they have collected many contacts from those trade shows and will more than likely reach out to them once we have something to sell. The reason I know they are not marketing this is Dean said on a seperate CC that it is against the law to market a unit that is not approved by the FDA. All they can do is show up to conventions and trade shows and display the concept for everyone to see.

But until then it’s all speculation as to how many of those passing by the booth will actually turn into a buying customer. It’s like having a 100 octane gas available at the same price of 91 and just because you have a superior blend it does not mean that every car that passes the gas station will be buying that fuel. It just means they will have some exposure to help with getting customers. The same concept applies here. having the device approved will bring traffic and MORE interest to buy.

But it is not a quick process. Dean mentioned that himself on another CC where he admitted that they can only produce 1 to 2 units a month. So even then he could not sell them because he cannot build them fast enough.

Just a couple of things to think about in regards to your comments with sales and competing against a giant. Even if you have a superior product, it does not mean you can outsell without some serious help from another giant.

So sales and distro channels get developed overnight as soon as the FDA gives the go ahead? I'm sorry to say but thats not going to happen. It takes years to build a quality sales-force and is in some cases more important than the product itself. Dean cannot even hope to create one so. He will rely on distributors.

They have 0 orders. There is no question of that. Dean never said they have orders...it's always says they leads or potential orders. Well no sale a sale until check clears the bank.
