Gary what should worry all of us is why did Hilal buy back shares with cold cash. And then turn around and pay a vendor with $150,000 worth of stock on a REGDEX now he has 33% more stock because it is down that much. Why didnt Hilal just pay him the 150,000 and let the vendor buy his own stock. This is the only dilution we have had over the past 13 months. This vendor will or has been selling He must pay employess and he has bills and taxes to pay. If anyone knows just a drop about the market knows what REGDEX are about. And its not what JS is telling you. Remember he can not get in trouble for lying!!

Hi Skitahoe,

This is an important post IMO, and Pennyworld also has the same question(s) about the way Hilal is building up Cetek's cashposition.
------------------------------------------------------------
Skitahoe: Penny, while I think you're right about the millions, the thing I'm having trouble with is earnings. If the company is truly making substantial money and growing every year, why is it necessary to acquire more funds by issueing stock at the extremely low prices it's bringing.

I realize they've added substantial equipment, that takes money, but what's needed is showing what we're earning. If CTKH is earning money, even if they're turning around and spending it on equipment to increase capacity, if the earnings are displayed, the stock will be worth substantially more, and substantially fewer shares can be issued to acquire additional funds as needed.

If you think and act like a businessman you will always appreciate the markets opinion: the pps

I think that Hilal is not so worried about the pps. Hilal has certain goals and he doesn't want to play the game with an "open hand" IMO.

There might be a conflict of interests between the 500 mln. buy back and the needed expansion of capacity. This could be a serious problem: CTKH receiving too much orders, forcing Hilal to use everything he has got and more. In this scenario there is a good reason for Cetek to sell shares, even at a very low price. Hilal doesn't need to give a notification upfront to the shareholders if this is the case. And nobody will blame Hilal later after the wanted pressrelease(s): for example CTKH taking over 2 or 3 componentsproducers. As long as the pps will jump from $ 0,0018 to $ 0,78 in 24 hours everybody will be happy with Hilal.

But of course this is just a speculation.

I can understand Hilal and so can you!

Good luck!
