The company is screwed, sorry guys I invested in ACLH. Same thing, they issued PR's saying that BP was evaluating their products for the oil spill, YEA RIGHT! The SEC suspended them and 15 days later opened on the greys. Now trading at .0001 at about 25 shares a day. Same thing is going to happen here.

This is not intended to be disresectful to anyone . This company is a complete scam . Read the news it was on Bloomberg FFS . The only flag not flying yet is the White flag !!!

SEC has no authority to tell a company what kind of info they can disseminate when a company is under investigation???

No. An investigation is just that. Until and unless they file a lawsuit and win a judgment, there's a limit to what they can do.
