The charts, and a new reverse split coming on average every six months or so... seem to suggest that NIR is operating the death spiral financing scam in pretty much the same way every other death spiral financing scam is operated...
If simply selling shares pays off the debt... why isn't the debt paid off already... given they've already sold WAY more shares than used to exist... perhaps have sold more than DO exist... and, by your logic, selling more shares than exist, means they've already paid off more debt than exists ???
