I know English isn't your first language, and I commend you for putting yourself out there to communicate with most of us here where it is our first language. Please understand however, I did not tell you to sell. If anything, I encouraged you to buy if you truly believe in the stock. I always encourage people to walk their talk. There are very few things that bother me more than a shareholder who will try to entice new money into a stock when they won't add themselves.
I glanced over the PRs quickly. They have been regurgitated a few times over the last 2 years. Same numbers, same utility company, blah blah blah. One would think they could use some imagination and add a new story. In the last year they PRd revenues and contracts in the hundreds of millions. I suppose nobody has wondered why they would need to raise capital again.
