I'd say it was attributed to someone having insight into the filing. Just another obstacle, but with the tax credit extension, just a buying opportunity.

The late afternoon volatility was due to the petition by the IPP competitors to the PUC to dismiss the Laidlaw-PSNH PPA. Tomorrow will be just as volatile, as some investors will view this as potential bad news and sell off some positions.

Read the petition when it is uploaded, it has merits, but is also somewhat of a Hail Mary.

There is no equity sale for LLEG without an approved PPA, thus no new projects. Let's hope the PUC tosses the petition out entirely.
