I think your logic here is erroneous. There are many ways that new projects can happen irrespective of the PPA for Berlin.

Getting the PPA is highly desirable and important. It is not however imo the only way that new projects can be initiated.

No way we are stopped by the so called petition. The plaintives are complaining about competition. Think the Republicans will accept that. As well the jobs and benefits to Berlin in tax payments will win LLEG Democratic Governor's support.

You are absolutely incorrect to suggest that the new projects we are developing are somehow dependent on anything related to Berlin.
