Yes, I already thought the same! Maybe BR should think about "safety first" for his family. I realy hope for him not to many equity holders have seen "Mel Gibson's Payback" and are friends of the old testament!!!
I'm sure alot of folks are already savvy on BRs' whereabouts, schedule, activities, family life and style. The only reason I can think of that he may be alive right now is to be allowed to conclude this case with equity happy. Otherwise his future balance is probably in the outcome. Let's hope he ends up safe and sound, lol.
