Anyone who invests in this is a fool. This includes myself. I lost over 1000$ so far and on top of that they charged me 20 more bucks when the reverse split happened. Now he just wants to run away making some public company and keep the old stock symbol just like JD did before with flavor brands in 2005, do some reasearch and buy a real company. Does anyone know how we can publicly sue/ but him madoff style for this guy for stealing our money? This stock is so low I don't even look at it anymore assuming i've been scammed. I can't even sell the stocks because it would cost me more in trade fees than it's worth now. JD you sir are a low life scum.
