Yes. The ceiling was sealing and the more was TIME for Examiner to work.. THJMW did not give Hochberg enough time to work so you get what you got, when you rush. A waste of estate resources and the inevitable drop of PPS, because MM's loved it.
Ask yourself this question.. Since the report was thrown out and is no longer a valid issue, how come the PPS has not returned to the pre ER levels??
