All I see the the 12/8/10 8K filing is a few easily obtainable details about Cryo-Cell Mexico and absolutely no proof from anyone at Cryo-Cell Mexico commenting that they are up for sale or interested in selling...

No documented comments from Cryo-Cell Mexico whatsoever to back up CBAI's claim to purchase them...
