Sorry, no NSS in CMKX. Numbers prove it. Krazy Al's attempt was anything but honorable. It was foolish, totally meaningless, a waste of the court's time and taxpayer's money.

A few problems with your statement.....

1. Al has done nothing for CMKX shareholders.
2. There was never a significant naked short in CMKX.
3. CMKX shareholders voluntarily gave their money to the real crooks (UC, Edwards, Deli, etc)
