Going after bashers is something a company nwould NOT do if they were caught in this scam as you suggest. What purpose could it possibly serve?? Listen... if SAEI is a scam... some people are going to prison! Do you agree? Filing fake reports with SEC is pretty serious stuff! I just can not fathom anyone being so foolish as to think this could be pulled off if it is a scam.
I doubt there are any intentions of filing against the bashers... but in saying what they did... they were denouncing the false claims of the bashers.
Anyway... thyese are my opinions.... the email seems to have been proven a fake! I await the proof of you guys statements. Pretty serious stuff!
