Companies in the OTC/Pinks do it all the time. SEC can't read every filing as that's impossible.
When you read a PR and there are spelling mistakes, wrong phone numbers and just odd events, one has to take a step back and remember where this company is trading in terms of he exchange. PR's coming out about trading oddities is never a good sign from a company as that means they aren't truly on top of their game and just letting things happen. Why is that? Because they're running a scam.
With this revelation of the fake geologist report and the real person now going to call the authorities one has to definitely have second thoughts.
Again, people made money which is a great thing but now it's about taking profits
