Was it Alan? Or DC? I suppose how they feel about Hartcourt depends on how and when (If ever) their restricted shares were released. We all know Hartcourt has been reluctant to release shares in the past.
I do and have given Carrie credit for undertaking the monumental task of cleaning up former managements piss poor disastrous decisions.
If I knew where the 90+ million restricted shares were.... I'd feel better about my investment. I really doubt they've all come to market. A small percentage, if any, of what's out there. IMO.
