I'm right there with you. Been a long time since I've seen a stock jump on a PR like this one did. Went from .39 to .90 in about 15 minutes. Not sure how much of that jump was prior to the time stamp on that PR. Happened very fast.
After the deception surrounding the so called NI43-101 report, I wouldn't put anything past these guys.
Buy out pumps seem to be especially in vogue right now. Why would this guy be willing to pay a $100mm for that company?
Quick question. This is the fifth stock incorporated in Nevada that I've looked into on which the OTC site shows N/A for the AS. I thought Nevada required an AS?
