The Judge will be deciding a case that is destined for the history books and her name is on it. Again imo, but she will rule by the book of law unless the gov is holding a gun to her head.

I more meant unknown territory for the share prices and what the debtors do next. Judge Carey denied the POR in the Tribune case, and the share price skyrocketed.
