Question: As transparent as the efforts are of the Debtors, JPM & FDIC to ram through a POR without the exhibits of the certified documented asset values, how can any other involved party submit their own POR with out the true certified documented asset values ? What are we all working with here? The Debtors, JPM & FDIC know the amount of money in the pot and how little they want to work with but how can we submit competing POR with out seeing the documents ourselves?
