NPER owning MDMN

NPER owning MDMN shares is a song that has been overplayed. If this had any benefit, NPER's stock price would have already moved (with MDMN's price). The fact that there are no managers/officers listed on NPER's website nor any projects underway, would suggest that we've been played. The MDMN/NPER connection was what drove people into NPER but that simply hasn't panned out.

NPER's 200M shares with no apparent activity leads me to believe that this is nothing but an empty shell. Maybe they will put some assets into it some day but the promise of a bump (in stock price) tied to MDMN activity doesn't add up. Worse yet, there's no one you can call at NPER to find out if anything is happening.
