NPER is not Dead. Once MDMN a JV, possibly as early as next week. Just the value of the shares alone will be Significant boon to the stock as NPER holds several million of those shares. Most involved with NPER have been working diligently alongside of Medinah to see it to fruition.

Hang tight should be a good week. NPER SP is probably the lowest it will ever be right now, once the JV is announced, it is anyone guess what it will do, but it is all upside.
