Per the investor updates the Allay was filed in June...so that's going on 5 months for the entire process.

Actipatch was filed in August..they probably haven't even got to that one yet. But, if the De Novo is granted for Allay, then they can use that as the predicate device for Actipatch and rre-file the 510k, I think.

At least things are moving. Correspondence is taking place. That's a good thing.
