These guys are retired and take on these projects as challenges. With the work being done to take this company to major exhcanges down the road, most will receive warrants with a 1 to 2 year lock up, as once the company trades on larger exchanges, liquidity is of no concern.

Arne, from my understanding, never took a salary from AWYI (he worked for free). That's the type of CEO we have. He perhaps gets paid in other ways (I know how, but I want to encourage you guys to do a littled DD).
