I wonder how much this CFO gets paid & how? Whether it's in actual cash, or in shares of stock and/or other perks? The reason why I am wondering, is because if he is being paid in actual cash, in addition to whatever other goodies that he was proffered as an inducement to get him to 'come on board', then the company has to get that cash from somewhere. So that, if the company isn't getting that cash by any kind of borrowed debt money, or any kind of shares or selling of shares, or any kind of CD's, etc, then just maybe he is being paid out of the cash money that the company is actually making! So, my thought was: "Wouldn't that be nice if that was how he was being paid!" For one can only imaginne that a man with those kind of credentials doesn't come cheap! And also think about this: That if this 'guy' is a 'strait-shooter', and was offered a big bunch of restricted shares as an additional inducement for him to come aboard, ''Would he do so knowing that the company & its future prospects was a POS?
Only to be buried in the ground out there somewhere some day, ey? If he's a good man & a legit man: NOT HARDLY! to any of the above negative surmizings! So that, I see this as a VERY POSITIVE 'bit' of DD & good news! DOES anyone agree with my way of seeing this particular 'bit of news', as posted by MAX & leucro?
SO, GOOD LUCK TO US ALL, INCLUDING ARNE & HIS NEW RIGHT-HAND MAN, Mr. DEAN V. SCHAUER! IMHO GO AWYI! JAIME
