Crunch.. If thats true, then Management screwed up big time with the

timing of the release.... Should have been released earlier...

Brent badgered me with several e-mails to hurry and vote , at the

same time the stock was crashing down 50%...

So I voted against all proposals.. still no news and the SH is only

5 trading days away !!

Shame on them !!
