As of 1:30 there had been 74 trades (73,778).

two large (???) trades did happen

- 500,000 shares at 11.:42 ($5,000)

- 300,000 shares at 11:39 ($3,000)

Honestly, theses share traded at the highest PPS of the day and I wouldn't be surprised to find out that they were initiated by the company ... I however cannor be affirmative !!!

As for the news, I am not holding my breath.
