If it was the empty rhetoric bullcrap that persuaded you that IDOI was a scam, what if you had done some deep due diligence instead of depending upon meat-on-the-bone company press releases, interviews, and other media techniques?

Like:
1. What do the financials present?
2. How are the sales on their shoe magazines going?
3. Why did they have their shareholders authorize another 55,000,000,000 toilet tissue certs?
4. Who are the major owners of IDOI?
5. Who holds the rights to whatever intellectual property that IDOI claims to have developed?
6. Why no progress in obtaining an export license?
7. What was the real reason that Ray-Ray was brought to the Board of Directors of IDOI in August of 2009?
8. Since Ray-Ray did not stand for re-election at the end of 2009, why was the Ray-Ray tenure on the IDOI BofD so short?

Hope you understand the fundamentals, the playbook, the deceptions, and the techniques employed to run a successful investment game. All IMHO.

Good luck. I have been trying to get them to do that for over a
year and they just refuse to deal with the real issues. You are
far better off asking about scanners, pat downs, short lists,
potential markets, etc. Do not ask about revenue, actual sales,
the real reason for a Christmas Eve annual meeting, an export
license, honesty from the CEO (or huge lack thereof) because you
are unlikely to find any long on this board that will deal with
any of those issues.
