Just finnished EXHIBIT 1 since Nokia mentioned the Forbes article and comments made by Howard during a conference call I would have liked IDCC to have shown Nokia`s comments about how having to pay for patents is a detriment to doing business, & the comment about they never thought ERICY would have lost their case freeing them of obligations.
