Question..Why did Nokia pick the specific Patents that they utilized in their Non-Infringement 3G action? Do they comprise the entire IDCC cdma2000 and WCDMA Patent Portfolio? Are Continuation Patents of those 18 Patents being challenged? Did Nokia cherry pick for those particular Patents that are INDEFENSIBLE by IDCC as to Nokia's allegations? Is IDCC limited to defend the INDEFENSIBLE, or can they enlarge upon the Scope of the litigation? Will IDCC fail to Respond and thus trigger an automatic default? Why did Nokia not litigate for 2005-2006?Perhaps IDCC will clarify some of these questions in a Court and SEC Filing. .


Given Loop's comments about NOK's 3G action, I was obviously curious whether (it appears) we had any counter-arguments.
