Dec 17th.. Charles Brown of Archer and Greiner will be arguing the Hoffman "unsealing" motion in front of THJMW.. We want to have the documents and in camera hearing unsealed for the public..

It has been briefed and Objections are due on Dec 10th..

We look good in that one.. Debtors will fight it to protect their work product privilege.
