I agree Yanik....I dont see how Walrath could approve that POR and some great arguments have been made why it lawfully cannot be approved. I just hope after the judge knocks it she puts the screws to JPM and forces them to settle.
We were all wondering why Rosen didnt try to settle upon hearing an examiner had been appointed. Now we know why they didnt sweat it. Lets not make the same mistake with a Trustee.
