Do we know the terms of these settlements and does THJMW have to approve them? I'd like to know where the money comes from for these settlements and for the 30 million a month that Rosen charges for fees if there is no money left for equity. Looks like there's more cash available than we are lead to believe .. by Rosen.

Sounds like Rosen is cranking up his personal vendetta against equity.
