For one thing Frank when someone reads the 10Q they will notice that a lot of the long term debt is owed to people that have extended their payoff dates previously and who is to say that they would not be willing to do this again. And then there is the fact that some of this debt could be renegotiated and paid off in smaller portions at a time.

Any shareholders left in this thing are certainly not buying more.The pps is so low and their investment is so far gone it's worth it to wait and see.Worse case scenario they loose 100% instead of 95%.
Nice try with that line of BS though.I suggest working on it a bit more I don't think the sheeple are falling for it.

First of all I am not directing my posts toward the sheeples that will just use message board fodder to make their decisions. I am mainly speaking towards the investors that take their time and look at both sides of the coin and are focused on a time frame that extends beyond the end of the trading week.

Secondly people realize that the float would be 35 million after a 1-20 R/S with the insiders holding anywhere from 15-20 million of those that the tradeable float would be in the 20mil range. How long do you think that it would take for those 20million shares to be bought up? There are over 3000 shareholders here from the last count that I saw and I can safely guess that not every one of those shareholders will be selling their stock. So that would leave under 20mil in the tradeable float so if just 20 people were to buy a million shares apiece what does that leave as a tradeable float then???? Take some time since this is not that hard of a math problem.

What happens to a stock when supply and demand take over???? I will go ahead and answer that one, the price goes up!

I am just trying to get people to take a look from both sides of the coin before they make decisions that they might regret later and to get them to think a little past the end of the trading session today.
