I was just taking a look at the debt today and I must say I was wondering how are they going to pay it?

From the last 10-q

Quote:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
LIABILITIES AND STOCKHOLDERS' EQUITY (DEFICIT)
Current Liabilities:
Accounts Payable and Accrued Expenses

$1,643,325

Notes Payable, Current Portion
$457,110

Total Current Liabilities and Total Liabilities
2,100,435--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

$2,100,435.00

Any shareholders left in this thing are certainly not buying more. The pps is so low and their investment is so far gone it's worth it to wait and see.Worse case scenario they loose 100% instead of 95%.

Nice try with that line of BS though.I suggest working on it a bit more I don't think the sheeple are falling for it.

"The peeps that will buy up your shares realize that a company with real products and a 35 million float after R/S will be trading much higher than it is right now. They also realize that if shares are issued post R/S that those will be restricted for 6 months."

IF THIS IS SUCH A GOOD BUYING STOCK, WHY ISN'T THE BUY VOLUME AT 100,000,000,000.

WHY? BECAUSE THERE'S NO INTEREST IS BUYING A SINKING SHIP.

NOW YOU ALSO SAID THAT YOU CAN'T BELIEVE PEOPLE AREN'T SELLING.

SELLING NOTHING EQUALS NOTHING.

This company is no more than an ATM for the insiders,
always has been and forever will be.
Anyone holding out for some big payout in the clouds, longterm, will never get as much benefit as those on the inside, if any at all.
The shareholders have paid for Clints education and networking, he will always do fine in the industry. Can't say that for the retail shareholders tho.
Used to be, when I used to bring up red flags, the response was always "it's in the past"........with this crew the past repeats and repeats.
Time for another symbol change to erase the history,
AGAIN
rinse and repeat

So far today there's been $400 worth of shares bought at .0007,
most longs should be shocked by the filings, I'd presume, and most are stuck waiting for a market response.

I was just taking a look at the volume today and I must say that I am a little surprised. I really thought that since everyone has recieved advanced notice of this R/S that there would be huge amounts of volume from people that are so massiviely dissappointed in the performance of the company. Seems to me and this is just my opinion that a lot of the shareholders are not as dissappointed as they let on to being.

And now, with this R/S there'll be plenty of shares available for the notes coming due......................notes ???
What about those notes ?

Do they also realize that the reason most people aren't selling is because they are already down 90-98%. I've got $20k invested that is worth $315. Why would I even think about selling? What's another $315 loss. Don't give me the average down line. (I would be down more money if I followed that concept). Also, don't assume I'm not disappointed, I am very disappointed. It's actually gotten to the point that I really don't care about the remaining $315. Good luck with your future purchases; however, they won't be from me. I'm going down with a 100% loss, come heck or high water!!
