Watney, I'm just looking at what happened previously on the 15 MIN chart.

Look at RSI(14), and see Feb 22 dive below 30, that continued another leg lower on Feb 23, then sprung back dramatically on Feb 23.

Then broke below 30 again on Mar 3 and Mar 4, and sprung back on Mar 4. That leads me to believe we're setting up for another spring back up... to RSI 70 level. I'm not calling any bottom or anything.
