Of course I am concerned with the overall share structure. But we need to wait for the complete merger/reverse merger/reorganization. No body is going to give a definite answer to such questions until we see the official press release from the company.

You know this is an uncertain penny stock world. That is the risk we take here. If not we can always go to AMEX or NASDAQ traded companies.
