What about the outstanding shares, do you still have any concerns? I know of one China Wood (cn*w) that had 400 million shares and not sure about the debt at the time, but they had a very bad reverse split.

Now I understand why...do your own dd, and feel free to respond...not a basher, just don't know of any share counts with so many shares in which the previous shareholders profited.
