Thanks Live I have all the articles but I think I have in my memory a shot memo that stated they TD wanted the northeast branches for 30Bil. It came through as a confidential letter Would make sense to get rid of it is the smoking gun and especially out of country to hide for national security reasons Thanks for your help.
