I think if the phone deal was a Hoax the Legal team would have been required to inform shareholders!! Heck, its Heskett's system, all other Co's on that system are associated with Heskett!!

Regardless of those happenings, the filings on 10/28 still stand, there is still an impending reverse merger coming. However I do see your point, and it does seem that someone is taking advantage of the unique position this stock is in to flip a quick buck. It doesn't change the fact that this company will be merging with a company intending to go public via reverse merger.
