Regardless of those happenings, the filings on 10/28 still stand, there is still an impending reverse merger coming. However I do see your point, and it does seem that someone is taking advantage of the unique position this stock is in to flip a quick buck. It doesn't change the fact that this company will be merging with a company intending to go public via reverse merger.
