The other one I am referring to came up last night. Strike Axe, Inc is another shell run by Heskett and updated filings a few days later. They seem to have the same paperwork, including the whole "on again, off again am I a shell" syndrome. The stock itself SK*X as been stagnant for some time, but is already above $1.00 to meet the requirements some are talking about here for NASDAQ.
