Your opinions are greatly appreciated. Anyone buying large blocks at .26 has some serious confidence in this stock and I wouldn't count on them to dump their shares irrationally or any time soon, they are waiting for an event, and they will wait as long as they need, I wouldn't worry about them too much.
The last run wasn't hard because it was a sketchy rumor based on speculation about a voicemail. The first run was incredible because it was based on actual SEC documents, much more concrete. I actually think the last run was huge considering the evidence provided, and it just goes to show how insane this thing moves with just speculation, let alone news.
As far as I know, there is one other stock that you are referring to, and it is on the grey sheets. IMO, any company worth upwards of a few million dollars will be much more inclined to RM with LOCN than with a grey sheet stock.
