You may be right. I too didn't see anything in the preferred C terms that said voting rights would be affected by a reverse split.

If they weren't, I think PK had about 600k preferred shares. With 165 votes for each share, his 99 million votes would dwarf the common shareholders.

My guess was 1.5 cents. If we get the "surge" that CH is predicting, I could still be in the running ;-)
