Thats how I read it too. Which the only bad part about that is that the preferred still has that many preferred shares with that many voting rights! (Basically common shares have absolutely now say as PK owns a majority of voting rights.

BC, we missed you and we did do a competition a few weeks ago. not one single long posted a prediction despite much pressure. All of us did and although i do not have the list in front of me I posted highest at .03 (I thought it would go down a lot in Jan but hold out until then). Everyone else who played had .01x (y.all were fairly high in the cent range), Griff leads the way right now with .01 and is the only one in play.
