What a shame... VERT showed up on the ask today and everyone jumped out!

So, now we have a letter of intent with Dr. Paul Yip and W.Woo of New Boston Holding Group Inc.

But it seems like the same thing all over again. Google - "Dr. Paul Yip and W.Woo & New Boston Holding Group Inc." and all you get is PR's from ICBS. I could find nothing previous to this that tied this company and names provided together, or for that matter could not find a web site for New Boston Holding Group Inc., at all. (Maybe that is why it is called 'NEW'?).

But seriously, IMO, it seems like every time it is the same. Check previous PR's. It almost seems like companies do not even exist until they go into an agreement or talks with ICBS with never a previous track record or even, like here, apparently a web site.
