Not sure what post you read concerning EXPH shares. It obviously wasn't mine. Yes, ETMM has been publically accused of counterfeiting EXPH shares. They, as any other sane person reading that statement which was confirmed as being factual and NOT speculation, will understand that to mean they have been accused of literally printing bogus certificates and issuing them in place of publicly traded shares. Something I believe to be patently false. This would be a criminal libel offense if the entity making the statement in a public forum could not produce proof it was true. You may feel free to contact ETMM for a response to the matter provided of course they do not make that unnecessary due to their contacting the entity making this statement I just emailed to their legal department first:

"considering they are allowing traders with multiple accounts to..as you posted..box short exph into oblivion.."

I also sent them the link to my entire IHUB EXPH post history so that they could determine for themselves that I have never once ever posted or even suggested that they "have allowed people with multiple accounts to box short EXPH shares into oblivion" thereby providing them with more factual evidence of the duplicitous nature of any and all entities making those false and libelous claims against their good business standing and reputation.

It is very accurate that the SEC has many statements concerning Expo Holdings. Most from company documents and PR issuances that are closely tied to related time critical share volume trading records which show a four year pattern of well documented behavior. That is but a very very small percentage of the related massive body of well organized and documented trading information they will be receiving upon a) the A/S hitting 3 billion shares, b) the reverse split or c) the company being taken private whichever comes first. It is imperative as we approach this particular point in Expo Holdings history that all statements made in any public forums seeking to imply as factual, information about the company that is wholly undocumented and likely false made for the purposes of soliciting long sales of EXPH shares, be reported to the proper authorities and interested parties as evidence toward any future investigation(s). We shall indeed see "how fast EXPH recovers". IMHO.
