I agree 100%..

Statements made as factual in a public forum about a company..such as the company is a scam or that the management is corrupt without iron-clad evidence is subject to criminal prosection under the as you say "obvious libel" laws..

The SEC has many of those statements and the company has been collecting them as well..

Great news today..production is moving forward again and the company will be working extra hours to complete the log-jam of back orders..News is coming about the change in mangement as well..

I would like to hear the reply you get from ETMM..considering they are allowing traders with multiple accounts to..as you posted..box short exph into oblivion..

We shall see just how fast EXPO and exph recovers..with etc going to retail..I would say it won't take all that long...veno
