Yeah, I had written him about the idea but he had beat me to the ergonomic design thing, saying he had already made a mold.

I wasn't sure if Paul had the original working model to be run first, or if he had a more sensitive version, or if the second version was the one with the ergonomic design.

Finally, someone besides myself, thinks the mediation was a success with caviotes. The A/S changed, the silence is emence, and the speculation is all for naught. As I said in earlier posts, SL had an upgraded Bioharp, and PL new it. The mediation was actually not only to get the patents, but to get the improved harp, probably with the additional shres given to SL in the mediation, of which, we cannot get details on. I firmly believe that is what has happened and legal people are still refining the "we won the mediation" scenario. This is actually a major plus as we do not know( I am sure Paul does) what the sensitivity and other parameters of the new harp are yet. Hang in there all, the truth will make us rich!
