My point is if the commons are an issue, why not have a private investor buy, and hold them as part of their cash influx? It would take the 'game' away and effectively increase the stock value, and attract new investors, while limiting the flipping that seems to be a thorn in his side. I'm sort of a newbie at this, just throwing it out as a thought.
