"they" have no interest whatsoever in buying common shares----if morris CAN dupe some "real investors"---they will make ALL the rules,they will make sure the commons have no impact at all.too many are asking questions way too late-----gotta at least know SOME of the rules.as the man said----if you sit down at a poker table and are wondering who the sucker is------its you.
